support i am unable to down load

1. Updated the data version of coding and programming, supporting the programming and coding function for vehicle models up to March, 2015.
2. Updated the Service function for Chassis E/F, and added special functions in total of 57.
and i only have 3 days left on my subscription??? -

Did you manage to get it downloaded in time?
I was happy to see all updates finally came in since within 2 weeks my sub expires as well.
BMW did take ages and at first took about 10-20 minutes before even showing it was starting to download at all. -

no my subs expire at midnight no dowloads and no f*****g reply from SUPPORT. -

I am sure they should help you to down load the last updates as its there fault if they did not upload to your S/number in time before your subscription expired.........................As I can see you did notified them on 17/10/2015 and they did not respond to your post............ -

i hope so ash.. i have sent in 3 data-logs this week as well not even a notification they have received them appalling....... -
